Cucumber Raita is a variation of raita that can be used as a dip or a salad. Raita is made using fresh yogurt is served with spicy and hot foods to balance the heat and spiciness of the food. I love this cucumber raita as it packs in a load of nutrients and is good for skin, specially during the summer as the cucumber provides cooling effects to the body. Try this cucumber raita with your favourite curries, pulao or with BBQ.
