Mango Mojito

A mango mojito is a summer special refreshment mocktail that is perfect for sipping by the cool and dreaming of warm weather.

Serves: 2-3
  • 1 lemon
  • 15-20 mint leaves
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • Sugar according to taste
  • 1 ½ - 2 cup Sprite or Dew
  • Crushed ice cubes
  • Lemon slices, mango slices and chopped mint leaves for garnishing
Instructions ( 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml)
  1. Wash and peel the mangoes. Make a pure. Add half a cup of water and mix well.
  2. Pluck out the mint leaves from the stem and chop mint leaves.
  3. Slice the lemon in the shape of wedges and remove the seeds.
  4. Put the mint leaves and lemon wedges in a jar.
  5. Add sugar.
  6. Using a spoon mash the ingredient and bash the lemons to give out their juice.
  7. Bruise the mint leaves.
  8. Ensure the sugar combined nicely.
  9. Add ½ cup water. Mix well.
  10. Strain it. Mix them with mango puree.
  11. Add crushed ice cubes.
  12. Fill ½ glass with mango extract.
  13. Pour sprite or dew.
  14. Garnish with lemon rings, mint leaves, or mango slices.
  15. Enjoy the refreshing mango mojito.
You can replace aerated drink with plain soda water. Adjust sugar accordingly.
