This is a great little recipe for easy eggless dark chocolate brownies for all chocolate lovers. They are so moist and delicious! It is a great sweet treat for sharing with friends or just keep them all to yourself!

Ingredients
  • Salted Butter - 50 gm / half stick
  • Dark Chocolate - 50 gm / ⅓ cup
  • Water - 120 ml
  • Sugar - 125 gm / ½ cup
  • Maida - APF - 100 gm / 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 25 gm / 4 tbsp
  • Baking Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
  • Walnut chopped - ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract / essence - few drops ( optional )
Instructions ( 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml)
  1. Measure all ingredients.
  2. Heat butter and sugar in one pan. Stir well.
  3. Add chopped chocolate and half of the water.
  4. Stir continuously until chocolate and sugar melt.
  5. Turn off flame.
  6. Add rest water and let them cool.
  7. Meanwhile, preheat Oven / Microwave – Convection at 180 degrees Celsius.
  8. Strain flour, baking powder, soda, and cocoa powder.
  9. Grease medium size cake tin with the help of oil and flour.
  10. Coat nuts with flour. Remove excess flour.
  11. Add flour mixture and essence. Mix well using whisker.
  12. Add walnuts. Mix well.
  13. Pour batter in a medium-size greased pan.
  14. Tap twice to remove bubbles.
  15. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 min.
  16. Insert a toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean your brownie is ready.
  17. Cool it for a while.
  18. Serve hot chocolate brownie with vanilla ice-cream or chocolate sauce.
