Cucumber Raita is a variation of raita that can be used as a dip or a salad. I love this cucumber raita as it packs in a load of nutrients and is good for your skin, specially during the summer as the cucumber provides cooling effects to the body. Try it with our favourite curries, pulao or with BBQ.
