Corn Carrot Apple Salad | Corn Carrot Apple Salad Recipe

Serves: 3-4
- Boiled sweet corn - 1 cup
- Carrot - 2 medium, fine chopped
- Apple - 1 large, fine chopped
- Cabbage - ¼ cup, finely chopped, optional
- Capsicum - 1 small, finely chopped, optional
- Fresh curd - 3 - 4 tbsp as per preferences
- Salt - as per taste
- Black pepper powder - ½ tsp, as per taste
- Coriander leaves - handful, chopped
- In a mixing bowl, add corn kernels.
- Add chopped Carrot. Alternatively, you can grate them as well.
- Add chopped apple.
- Add chopped cabbage and capsicum.
- Mix everything well.
- Add 3 - 4 tbsp of fresh curd.
- Add salt and black pepper powder.
- Mix well.
- Adjust the taste if required.
- Add more curd if required.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
