Are you craving for some roadside Chatpati Chaat/ Bhel during this lockdown season? So let me share with you an extremely delicious, yummy and mouth-watering Sprouts Chaat Or Matki Bhel recipe. This is not just full of bursting flavors but healthy too.
Cook or boil the sprouts with very less amount of water.
In a deep mixing bowl add murmura/puffed rice.
Add sprouts, farsan, and roasted peanuts.
Add chopped onion and tomatoes.
Give a quick mix.
Add black salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, and chili powder according to taste.
Again quickly mix them.
Lastly, add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix it.
Garnish them with some fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
You can replace moth beans it with one of your choice of any sprouted beans. You can also customize it with veggies like cucumber, carrots, beetroot, fruits like grapes, pomegranate, or raw mango to enhance health quotient.
