Adrak wali Chai | Indian Ginger Tea Recipe

Water - ¼ cup Full cream milk - 1 ½ - 2 cup Ginger - 2 inch Tea / chai patti - 2 tsp Sugar - 2 - 3 tsp, according to taste In a saucepan, add water. Add tea leaves / chai patti. Let it come to boil. Meanwhile, peel the ginger. Slice it and smash it in mortal - pastel or crush it using pincer. ( see the video ) Add into boiling water. Let it boil on a slow flame for 4 -5 minutes. Add sugar according to taste. Add full cream milk. Let it come to boil. Stir in between. Again let it boil on a slow flame for the next 4 -5 min or until done.
