Quick Brownie is a great little recipe for easy, fail-safe, gloriously gooey brownies. They are so moist and delicious! Quick brownie is a great sweet treat for sharing with friends or just keep them all to yourself!

Ingredients
  • Parle G Biscuits – 140 gm
  • BourBon Biscuits – 150 gm
  • Hide N Seek Biscuits – 120 gm
  • Regular ENO – 5 gm
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Powder Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Flour – 2 tbsp ( For Greasing and coating )
  • Oil / Ghee / Butter – 1 tsp ( For Greasing )
  • Wall Nuts / Candied Fruits – 2 tbsp
Instructions ( 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml)
  1. Grease medium size aluminum cake tin with the help of oil and flour.
  2. Coat nuts / candied fruits with the help of flour. Remove excess flour.
  3. Pre heat Oven / Microwave – Convection on 1800 c / 2000 c.
  4. Crush all biscuits with the help of mixer.
  5. Add milk.
  6. Add sugar.
  7. Gently mix it.
  8. Beat it for 3-4 min.
  9. Add ENO.
  10. Beat it for 1 min.
  11. Add coated wall nuts / candied fruits.
  12. Pour batter into greased tin.
  13. Tap it to remove bubbles.
  14. Bake it for 20-25 min or till brownie get baked.
  15. Take it out from oven.
  16. Keep it on wired rack to cool down.
  17. When it will get cooled down, de mold it.
  18. Cut the brownies into desire shape.
  19. Serve this quick brownie with vanilla ice cream. Garnish it with fresh strawberries or glazed cherries.
