Sugar-free Muskmelon Banana Smoothie is a wholesome, naturally sweetened, and tummy filler recipe.
Serves: 2 Glass
  • Muskmelon ( any variety ) - 2 cups, peeled and chopped
  • Banana - 1 medium, peeled and sliced
  • Fresh curd - ¼ - ¾ cup, as per liking
  • Lukewarm water - 1 cup, for cleaning
Instructions ( 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml)
  1. Add 1 cup of lukewarm water into your smoothie jar.
  2. Whip it on pulse mode 2-3 times to clean the jar properly.
  3. Discard the water. Rinse with fresh water and wipe it.
  4. Peel the muskmelon and chop them into cubes.
  5. Same way, peel the banana and slice them.
  6. In a bowl, add muskmelon, banana, and fresh homemade curd.
  7. Make a smoothie out of it and serve immediately.
Can use any variety of muskmelon for this recipe.
Can add some soaked almonds/ cashews/ walnuts or nuts of your choice while blending the fruits.
While serving can garnish the smoothie with raisins, chopped nuts, a slice of muskmelon, or dried berries.
Can substitute bananas by adding honey, sugar, or a choice of sweetener in this recipe.
Can also add a pinch of cardamom powder.
Always use fresh curd for the recipe.
Can replace the curd with the same or a lesser amount of milk, coconut milk, almond milk, or soy milk.
If you prefer cold smoothies, either use chilled melon and curd or add few ice cubes.
To have all its goodness, always serve this Sugar-free Muskmelon Banana Smoothie fresh. Do not refrigerate it.
