Vegan Banana Shake Recipe

- Coconut - 1 cup, chopped
- Water - 2 cups
- Or Coconut Milk - 2 cups
- Banana - 2 fresh/frozen chopped
- Kimia Dates - 2 deseeded
- Cinnamon powder - ⅛ tsp, optional
- Remove the coconut, wash it, and chop it into small pieces.
- In a jar, add coconut and water.
- Grind it in a mixer grinder.
- Place a muslin cloth or juice extractor net on a clean bowl.
- Transfer it and gently squeeze out the coconut milk out of it.
- Keep aside for later use.
- In a smoothie maker or another bowl, add chopped fresh / frozen banana.
- Add deseeded dates and cinnamon powder.
- Blend it with a hand blender or use a smoothie maker.
- Serve fresh !
