Thandai Powder

Ingredients :
  • 1/3 cup almond ( 50 gm )
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds ( khas khas )
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds ( Sauf/Variyali)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder ( elaichi )
  • 1 pinch pepper powder ( kalimirch )
  • 12-15 saffron strands
Method :
  • Mix all ingrediants and grind it.
  • Store it in air tight container and refrigerate it.
  • This recipe will make 6-7 tbsp thandai powder.
