Ingredients
  • 1 cup coriander ( fine chopped and cleaned with water )
  • 1 cup mint leaves ( fine chopped and cleaned with water )
  • 1-2 green chili
  • 1 ½ - 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • Salt according to taste ( approx. ¼ tsp )
  • Black salt according to taste ( approx. ½ tsp )
Instructions ( 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml)
  1. Put the coriander, mint leaves, garlic, green chilies, black salt and salt in a blender with a little water and grind to make a fine paste.
  2. Add lemon juice.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Refrigerate and use as required.
