Have you ever thought to make guava juice …!! Guava is another tropical fruit rich in high-profile nutrients. Guava is low in calories and fats but contain several vital vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant that play a pivotal role in prevention of cancers and anti-aging. Here we are presenting juice of this “super-fruit” with a delicious touch.

Fresh Guava Juice ..! Here we are presenting juice of this “super-fruit” with a delicious touch.

Serves: 4
  • 1 ½ cup pink guava ( fine chopped )
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cup water
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp ginger juice
  • Salt according to taste
  • ¼ tsp freshly crushed pepper
Instructions ( 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml)
  1. Combine water, sugar and guava in a thick heave based sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer till the guavas are tender. ( approx 8-10 min ).
  3. Cool completely and pure in a blender.
  4. Cook puree once again till water get evaporate ( approx 5-7 min ).
  5. Turn off flame.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Add ginger juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper powder.
  8. You can refrigerate it in sterilized bottle for further usage.
  9. To serve, add 4 tbsp guava pulp in 1 cup of chilled water. Blend it with hand blender.
  10. Fill ¾ portion of glass with guava juice and top up with ice-cubes.
