Ingredients
  • Coconut - 1 cup, chopped
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Or Coconut Milk - 2 cups
  • Banana - 2 fresh/frozen chopped
  • Kimia Dates - 2 deseeded
  • Cinnamon powder - ⅛ tsp, optional
Instructions ( 1 cup = 250 ml, 1 tbsp = 15 ml, 1 tsp = 5 ml)
  1. Remove the coconut, wash it, and chop it into small pieces.
  2. In a jar, add coconut and water.
  3. Grind it in a mixer grinder.
  4. Place a muslin cloth or juice extractor net on a clean bowl.
  5. Transfer it and gently squeeze out the coconut milk out of it.
  6. Keep aside for later use.
  7. In a smoothie maker or another bowl, add chopped fresh / frozen banana.
  8. Add deseeded dates and cinnamon powder.
  9. Blend it with a hand blender or use a smoothie maker.
  10. Serve fresh !
