Step-by-Step Pasta in Creamy Tomato Sauce Recipe :

Step 1 : Fill the half pan with water. Boil it will salt, sugar and oil.

Step 2 : When water starts to boil, add pasta. Boil till pasta get cooked. Turn off flame.

Step 3 : Drain the water. Transfer the pasta in large strainer. Apply 2 – 3 tsp oil. Mix well. Keep it aside.

Step 4 : While pasta is boiling mean while chop the vegetables in shape of your choice. Par boil them if required. Make a paste of garlic in mortar-pastel.

Step 6 : Heat oil in non stick pan. Add garlic paste. Saute till raw aroma of garlic goes away.

Step 2 : Add maida. Roast on slow flame till flour get brown in color.

Step 3 : Add milk. White adding milk continuously whisk with wired whisker to avoid lumps.

Step 4 : Cook till sauce starts to get thick. Turn off the flame. Immediately use it.

For Boiling :
  • 300 gm pasta of any shape
  • Water for boiling
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
For Tomato Puree :
  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
For White Sauce :
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour ( maida )
  • 2 cup milk
Other Ingredients :
  • 2 cup billed vegetables of your choice
  • 7 – 8 garlic cloves
  • 1 ½ cup fine chopped tomatoes ( 4 med size tomatoes )
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt according to taste ( approx 1 tsp )
  • 2 tsp freshly crushed black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp crushed dry basil leaves ( you can add fresh also )
  • 1 tsp crushed dry parsley ( you can add fresh also )
  • 2 tsp pasta seasoning or according to taste
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Pasta Seasoning and Fresh parsley leaves for garnishing
