Ingredients :
  • 1 kg spinach ( palak )
  • 4-5 cup water
Method :
  • Wash spinach properly.
  • Heat water in the deep pan.
  • Add spinach.
  • Cook till leaves of spinach get soft.
  • Strain, cool and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste. Use as required.
