Leftover recipes always remind me of my childhood memories when my mother used to fry leftover roti and sprinkle some chili powder and black salt on it.

The leftover chapati is not so fresh and tears down into pieces as there is no moisture. So, it is not a great idea to eat it with dal or sabzi. It is the best alternative to store-bought nacho chips or potato chips. Since we use whole wheat flour to make chapatis, it is a healthy snack to munch. On the other side, it avoids wastage of chapati, which we usually throw in the trash.
